Full paper registration is required
for authors who plan on presenting their
papers at the conference and get them published
into the conference proceedings.
Abstract registration is for people who
just plan on making
presentation of their papers at the conference without publishing
them.
Delegate registration applies to those
who just want to attend the
conference as audience, who can complete
the registration directly via the link:
https://confsys.iconf.org/register/pssgt2025
Note:
Each paid registration covers only one
paper; you can choose Additional Paper
if you have more than one paper.
The paper is limited within 5 pages.
Additional page will be charged 60
USD/420CNY per page.
One regular registration with one or
more additional papers get only one
proceedings.
At least one author for each accepted
final paper needs to register.
Other co-authors or accompanying person
need to register as well if attending
the conference.
Authors in China are allowed to pay in
Chinese Yuan (CNY) based on the official
exchange rate published by the Bank of
China on the date of transaction.
Cancellation and Refund Policy

60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of
payment refund
30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50%
of payment refund
Within 30 days ahead of the conference:
no refund
Warm Tips
The participants are required to
enter and exit the conference areas
wearing the name tag, and not to lend
the name tag to others. Non-participants
are not allowed to enter the conference
areas without permission.
Please keep all your belongings (laptop,
mobile phone, etc.) with you in the
public. The conference organizer is not
responsible for loss or damage of
property.
